Since he is only 19 days old, crying or becoming unsettled when laid down can be due to gas/reflux, but at this age we should not assume it is only colic. You can stop the Xymex drops for now, burp him well after every feed and keep him upright for about 20–30 minutes after feeding. Always put him to sleep flat on his back on a firm surface—do not use pillows or elevate the mattress.
If he is feeding well, passing urine normally and settles when held, you can observe closely. However, if the crying is persistent/inconsolable, he is feeding poorly, vomiting repeatedly or green vomit, has abdominal swelling, unusual sleepiness, breathing difficulty, fewer wet diapers, or temperature ≥38°C (100.4°F), please get him examined urgently.
Since he is less than 1 month old, if this behavior is distinctly new or continues today, I would prefer an examination rather than adding another colic medicine.
