My husband has this rashes near lap and private part is it fungal infection he has used betamil gm it goes for few days again it comes Could you please suggest cream

Yeah it's sort of infection but image is not clear to figure out it's bacterial or fungal. If possible do share the pics.  If u r not consulting also kindly take Quadriderm C ointment for 5 days continuously.  Wear loose dress . Is there fever??? Any other issues.  Kindly connect for better prescription.  Take care.  Always clean the area .
