Fungal infection (Jock Itch)

I am taking medication for jock itch for one week now. Dazit M tablet, Onabet Cream, and Syntran Sb 130 capsule. And now i am experience a water like discharge from the affected region. Is it normal? If not what should i do?

Probably it's due to the increased fungus growth...Treatment depends on the severity..Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
