Fungal Infection -ITZHH Tablets

Hi, Greetings, I had fungal infection last week doctor suggested ITZHH 100mg tablets and Prugo 10mg tablets. I have lost my prescription and not sure how many times to take for both tablets. Can someone please help me how many times i need take these tablets? Thanks in advance.
