Hello doctor Gender male Age 37 Weight 63 Height 171 I have full body pain and weakness in my muscles and very bad back pain for the past 1 year. So the doctor advised me to take a complete blood test, I took it in October 2023. All my reports came normal. But still I feel the same. Should I repeat the blood test ? What could be the reason? I eat vegetables and chicken. My weight is 63, BMI ideal. I also intake 2 liters of water. I have  abdomen pain for a long time. Took endoscopy came as RUT positive and gastric, the doctor gave medicine which didn't subside.

Sir Sometimes what we eat is not the problem ( but it essentially is ) instead what we don't assimilate from digested food is more important. Please share your reports for evaluation from holistic point. And you gut issues seem to be primary cause of your other issues.
