Full body ache and fever
I have been suffering from fever from last 3 days .My whole body is paining specially upper and lower abdomine and legs. Some times due to upper abdominal pain my chest also start paining . And my lower abdoimne is paining like when it pains during periods but jst 1 n half week before my periods had gone. n yes m feeling very week . I would also like to mention that before 3-4 months i had my gall bladder stone operation. what is going on with me i jst dont know ?

And after that you need to go and consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
