Frozen shoulder
I am suffering from frozen shoulder of left side. One local orthopedic surgeon gave me injection Costigan 80 mg and Raco Pain. I don't get relief. Is Costigan 80 mg injection containing asteroid very harmful.
What will be best medicines to get relief ?
Do physiotherapy exercises and go for prp.. If you are diabetic patient then control sugar..

If pain is there for a long time then PRP therapy may work decently well. Single injection with steroid is OK but repeated injections are not advised. It would be better to consult with a pain management doctor who can advise further.
