Frozen shoulder

Hello, I have taken.physiotherapy for my frozen.shoulder but now it has again started paining when I move vertically. Please advice what should.I do. I am doing exercise that I have been thought but it is.not.helping. Please advice.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

The pain can be due to other factors also and not only frozen shoulder. If shoulder is not in full range then we can say it's because of capsular tightness. However you are doing the exercises suggested in full range then it can be a muscle impingement. It needs to be diagnosed properly to provide prompt treatment and prevent unwanted complications.

you should come and visit so that we can examine you and see what are the issues. Sometimes its as simple as a muscle sprain or can be something more than that like a muscle tear.

U need proper examination of shoulder some times over exercises create pain in movement. Apply ice pack on painful site.Stop doing painful movement and consult a experienced physiotherapist
