Frozen Left Shoulder Pain

My mother is suffering from frozen shoulder pain for almost a year now. We have consulted doctors and ayur treatment without any success till now, she suffers from severe pain when moving her shoulder. She is Diabetic for many years. Plz recommend an experienced & senior Doctor in Bangalore to consult for treatment.
