My son is having mild sinusitis as per CT scan report, he is taking medicine Azex, Mucolite, Meflar. He has had a severe frontal Headache from past 10+ days. He is not getting relief from headache with any pain killer medicine. His pain raised in morning and during bedtime mostly. he has a pain below the ear as well, his eyesight was recently checked and he is having refractive issue and he started wearing specs. Please suggest this pain is due to Sinusitis, refractive issue or any other neurology problem?

Mild sinusitis per se wouldn’t give such severe frontal headache. To rule out any neurological cause, consult a neurologist.

He will need ENT consultation once for nasal endoscopy and CT scan Of PNS to rule out sinusitis , if that will be normal then physician opinion to rule out other cause
Next Steps
