Milk teeth decay should not be ignored as is the perception that they will eventually fall off. Any infection in the milk teeth can be transferred to the developing permanent teeth and affect its health. Considering your childs age, it will take atleast 4 to 5 years for the permanent tooth to come. Kindly visit a child specialist dentist or pedodontist asap for treatment.

hello, visit a dentist and get it checked. if there is an abscess, get it treated. if not, for brown teeth, you can go for splint crowns.

Hi Ya it requires treatment . The permanent teeth are not gonna come before 6yrs of age. Brushing might only slow down the decaying process. You should see a pedodontist. Regards

Hi, Considering his age the front teeth will fall at 6 to 7 yrs of age .Please visit children dental specialist or pedodontist who after taking out xray will decide the treatment for the 4 front teeth. With brushing the decay will not go. Being too young you have to brush his teeth twice daily & limit intake of any sweet & sticky foods & gargling after eating anything.
