Did l4-5 cause front thaise pain .i was having pain one leg since last year..but at the time of starting i was having from buttock back to leg...but now i m having pain in front thaise and down leg...l4-5 canal space 7.5 mm..compresing right nerve diffuse posterior bulge

Hello. Yes it can if there is some instability happening at that level which leads to facet effusion. Facetal instability can cause front of the thigh pain. Also since you already had propensity of having disc problem there might be a new disc at higher level like at L2-3/ L3-4 which can cause pain in front thigh.
