From last 4 days he is not eating much , not active He doesn't have fever or cold or sore throat or stomach infection but we suspect wisdom tooth is coming May be this is the reason

That shouldn't be the problem as such..watch for activity/ weight loss ,etc..some children are fussy about eating...but u should get a checkup at least..with a pediatrician..
