Subject: Concern About fricules Dark Spot on Left Cheek Hello,              I’ve noticed a [fricules spot ] on my left cheek for the past 10 years. It seems to be [brown colour spot no itching problem]. I’m concerned about what it might be and would like to know if it requires further examination or treatment. Could you please advise? Thank you.
