Cold drink is a complete ban during pregnancy and soda is also not good .... Take cold milk instead ...  I can understand those bloated bouts but that how it is ..... Try other things like coconut water with some black salt you can chill it and then drink .... Cold milk is recommended ....

Instead of lemon soda you can have normal lemon water (sweet & salty). Instead of cold coffee you can have cold milk or normal milk. Bloating common during first trimester. Follow healthy diet includes green leafy vegetables, fruits, dairy product and egg white. Drink 4 litres in a day. Include normal walk in your daily routine. For more detail consult me directly on Practo.
