Your posture at work and on the bike is the most likely cause of the problems with your back. If you carry any loads on your back, then it will only make it worse.
You need to take painkillers and at the same time also work on strengthening your lower back with exercises like yoga. Keeping your back in good posture will help to control your back pain.
