Hello Need more detail like ... fever history, colour of urine , burning sensation during passing urine Most probably all right may be due to weather change or urinary tract infection???

Have plenty of water atleast 5 to 6 liters a day with 1 tsf baking soda 3 times a day for a day . I hope you will be fine . If not then get urine routine test done .
