For last 2-3 days I am experiencing frequent urination and burning sensation after passing urine. Some times experiencing mild lower abdominal pain and bloating. No fever. Please advise

uti. Meftal spas ds two times after food for five days. URISPAS TWO TIMES AFTER FOOD FOR 7 to 10 days. Feropenum er300 two times a day after food for ten days. Plenty of water n liquid lemonade electoral powder buttermilk to increase output of urine so infection comes out.

Seems you have Urinary tract infection. Get the midstream, first morning sample of urine examined microscopically. Drink more fluids. Take tab ciprofloxacin 500mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8 hours for 3 days. Tab pantaprazole 20mg one daily before breakfast for 5 days. Syp. Neeri 5m.l. every 8 hours for 5 to 7 days.
