Hi. Is available your report of urine R/M, KFT, blood sugar , USG KUB ?. If not then need to do few tests .
KFT , urine R/m, USG KUB, blood sugar .
Till then take medicine syp. Alkasol 15 ml thrice a day with in 1 glass of water .
