Frequent urination and lower abdominal c

Hi I am getting frequent urination for past 1 week and also getting lower abdominal cramps.I have hypothyroid and period is irregular. Please suggest good medicines and reason behind this symptom.This month my period is 5 days late. Thanks Subhashri

It's mostly due to urine infection Get urine test done and start with treatment

Might be due to urinary tract infection, you need to get tested and medications could be started accordingly.
