7 year girl going to urinate in every 30 to 45 minutes and urine quantity is very less No other issues and active as normal and no fear or anxiety. She sometimes feels that some bubbles are bursting inside her vegina. And some biege spots on underwear also Pls advice

She is having symptoms of uti Get the cue and urine culture Ask her to drink plenty of oral liquids Based on report can be given antibiotics
