Frequent urge to urinate

My father has frequent urge to urinate but has little urination. He has no bad smell or foamy urin. He has no other complication. No burning sensation or pain while urinating. He intakes water 3 ltr per day.

the symptoms are suggestive of prostate enlargement so get a proper assessment done by general surgeon who will examine him physically give you a proper diagnosis.depending on the size it can be managed medically or surgically.

If he diabetic control it first,and it also happened because of PROSTRATE ENLARGMENT and lots of other health condition which cause it
