These photos are hard to say if there is tongue tie or not. Is the baby able to stick tongue out? Nipple issues could be the other cause. Nose block? That can cause frequent unlatching too. Is there adequate weight gain?

Tongue tie. However it shouldn’t interfere with breastfeeding. Stop giving bottle feeding. Need to consult.

Small tongue tie but not possible to cause feeding issues with breastfeeding..Try to give wati spoon feeding after trying breastfeeding for atleast 10-15 minutes then give either Expressed breast milk or formula feed but with Wati spoon feeding
