My wife having sneezing problem mostly in nights and early mornings everyday now using cetirizine but no improvement. She is not able to sleep properly  and she is under feeding to 20 months baby. We observed this symptoms after delivery but recent months it is irritating more. Feeling left side nose way is blocked, rear cough . Please advice ...

It can be due to allergic problem,steam inhalation 2 to 3 times day..You have to consult an ent or pulmonologist for proper investigation and treatment.. since she is breastfeeding avoid using self medications...
