Based on the symptoms of frequent morning sneezing, a runny nose, and nasal irritation, you likely have allergic rhinitis . This condition occurs when the immune system overreacts to harmless particles like dust mites, pollen dust ect
Next Steps
Wash your bedding weekly in hot water to kill dust mites. Use clean cotton covers for mattresses and pillows.Use a saline spray or neti pot to flush out allergens and irritants. Use only clean water to avoid serious infections. Keep windows closed at night to prevent pollen from entering, and use a air purifier if possible.
Health Tips
Nasal decongestant sprays like oxymetazoline should not be used for more than 3 to 5 days in a row . consult a specialist if you have wheezing, shortness of breath, or if symptoms last more than 10 days despite home treatment.

U can avoid that allergen and prvt getting circumstances that lead u to that allergen exposure.. in case u sneeze a lot u can take plain citrizen hs night only early for 3 days.. still if u wanna avoid sedation by citrizen u can take a better drug like azelastine or bilastine.. in case thick mucus and prolonged running nose we do also prescribe montelukast levovitrizen as alternative which is a gud alternative.. all medication can be taken for 3 to 5 days max.. and its only HS (nightonly Od) and u can also evaluate urself if u have dns or sinusitis in case of repeated symptoms associated with headache.. do breathing exercise.. steam inhalation and avoid the allergen.. more than enough

Most likely you have allergic rhinitis.  Take tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5 to 7 days. Tab monteleukast 10mg one daily in evening. Do steam inhalation morning and evening. Use a face mask, when exposed to dust. For future use, keep Avamys nasal inhaler.  The moment you feel that cold is starting, take 2 puffs, 1 minute apart immediately.
