Frequent pooping in tension situation

I am 40. Whenever I plan for outing any place or go outside for any purpose , I have to go to latrine frequently almost 5 or 6 times. I discharge stool in little amount. It happens in tension.  But when there is no tension situation , l remain normal. What is the reason? Tell me the solution.

Its because of anxiety issue. You may feel very tensed and anxious so it happens but for better treatment pls consult.
