Frequent motions with Mucus & blood

2.5 year baby boy having frequent motions (6-8 times a day) from past 3 days, initially there will be stool & little mucus but as frequency increases only mucus comes & some times with blood particles. Presently as per local doctor's consultaion on WhatsApp he is still on Oflomac-M two times a day single spoon. Plz Help🙏🙏

If doesn't subside then needs proper clinical examination and evaluation by a Pediatrician
