Frequent Cravings

My kid is 4 years old and weighs 13 kgs. He is not much interested in eating rice and regular meals but he always wants to eat something even after meals also. He will come back every few mins and will ask for something to eat like pista, dates, cashew, jaggery powder, Vitamin C tabs, sesame / ground nut ladoos, mostly sweets. We are afraid that if will he be able to digest when he eats multiple things throughout the day without much gap between meal to meal. Please suggest if it is good to give whatever he asks or we should be restrict on the eating windows? Thank you.

As the child is growing, you should give food whenever he asks. But the food should be healthy and not junk food. Teeth will have caries if he eats only sweet food. Get a dental check up done. No need to restrict food. Height and development are as important as weight
