  4. Frequent cold. So i need some advice!

I always have cold. I think in a month i suffer upto 15 days from cold. I have nose blocks in night frequently. I purchased otrivin nasal spray which helps me. But i dont think that always medication won't  do any good. So i need some advice regarding this stuff. Thank you.

Hello.. Well I need to examine you sir.. I would suggest you to go for steam inhalation with carvol plus capsule atleast thrice a day as it will help you clear the mucus...secondly drink more water...thirdly regular otrivin useisnot indicated...meet an ENT specialist
