Freqnt Sharp molar teeth

I am having recurrent problem of sharpness in my molar teeth lower jaw causing lower lateral cut in tongue white mark. I had cruspal grinding  of the sharp teeth and  took multivitamins. After few days the cuts heals but the other side of the tongue has same problem. Please help me and guide me for my future treatment course.

Hello visit dentist. Ask for night guard.which stops parafunctional habits.avoids tongue injury. Once ulcers heal complete you can discontinue. cusps has to be adjusted accordingly.
