Hello doctor.. I'm from Dibrugarh.. I have a short frenulum... I can retract my foreskin.. but I think it's not normal.. I'm married and still I'm having sex without any problem.. but I have collected information about this matter from internet.. And so I think I have to take a frenuloplasty surgery so that I can feel more comfort while having sexual intercourse.. give a suggestion please...
