Sir my left ulna not heal after 45 days of surgery so suggest me what can i do i attach my latest x ray

Looks ok. Just keep your your limb immobilised for 4 weeks as TENS  does not offer rotational stability.
Health Tips
Excess movement at fracture site may invite delayed/non union.
