Fracture in Bone Cancer.

My cousin (16 year old boy) have bone cancer (Osteosarcoma) and recently he had accident and doctor observed fractire in his same leg. Can you please suggest anybtreatment for that, as per doctors they cannot do amything 1 st they will start chemotherapy and as per response of chemo then only they can advise something on that. Please suggest and advise on this.
