Fracture at left foot leg

On 26th may my left foot twisted and as fractured on my left foot (John's fracture) casting done by doctor for 45 days but last 5-6 days I feel that my left calf muscle got thinner compared to my right leg also my cast get loose around calf muscle . I am bit worry about please give your valuable suggestion.

I don't think it is a point of worry it could be disused atrophy of calf which is known in case of plaster immobilisation
