Fourchette tearing

I have recurrent tearing of the fourchette. It is extremely painful and intercourse becomes impossible. I'm sad and anxious about this. According to the gynae I have no infection. This is becoming a daily struggle. Will I be fine again. What can be done to help this? Naturally. Have tried using lube, there is no pain but it still splits. Please help.
