I found a mass-like thing on my pad today. I'm on my periods. Recently diagnosed with PCOS (had irregular periods) because of which I was taking diane 35 for treatment and hence got periods two days back. Now I'm having sudden sharp pains below my stomach in my lower abdomen area, got these pains 3 times in the last 1-2 hour. Can you please help assess what's going on with me? Attaching a photo of the mass I found on my pad. Thanks in advance! Please help
