Anxiety, depression causes increase ur anger.Memory also affected due to less concentration.U must think about the causes of ur anger ,anxiety. List it down,then try to solve them rationally . I think u alone can do this. But if u cant succeed alone to correct urself or enhance ur selfconfidence then consult a psychologist.

Get done S T3, T4 & TSH for thyroid problem which may be the cause for weight gain & irritability. If it's normal consult psychiatrist
