Hello doctors Recently I had asked regarding my foreskin tightness issue my age is 23. (No sexual intercourse till date) I'm able to pull down my foreskin with the usage of oil and  soap. After it rolls down when the penis glans are visible I'm feeling a bit uncomfortable  when the skin is under the glans like the tightness and can hold it for a while should I need to do stretching near foreskin?
