When my penis gets erected the foreskin at the end doesn't go completely back and it does that let the complete and proper erection of the end of the penis and if I try to pull back that foreskin when erected it gives me pain but doesn't go back. When I pull the foreskin back and make my penis erect it gives me pain like the end part is tied with a rubber band. What's my problem and how can I solve It?
