Forehead skin is turning black. I am attaching a pic. Its black from 4 years. I don't know whats the issue.. pleasesuggest

According to pics this seems to be frictional melanoses or acanthosis nigricans. Need proper history to rule out these Like obesity / insulin levels/ Any underarm /neck pigmentation
Next Steps

Do you have blackening of your side and back of neck , underarms too ? Do you have diabetes or obesity ? It could be acanthosis nigricans. Needs to be evaluated in details.
