I tried so many ways for gain weight but my weight is always be constant. instead of if my weight will get decrease then it will not get increase then it will constant on that point. And also i get very hungry but when i going to eat then after some meal my stomach will get full.. i can't eat more..what should i do?. only last two months i am not went to gym. I follow regular diet e.g. i was eating 10 eggs per day but still i cant got result.please tell me what should i do. My weight is only 49

Hello, It is not nessessary that if you eat 10 egg a day , you can gain weight. But during ,you may affect your body. See,There are many reason of being underweight. 1. Endocrine disturbances 2. Genetic 3. Vitamins and minerals deficiency 4. Psychological problem 5.IBS 6. Eating disorder 7.
