My daughter is 15 and has spotting for 15 days followed by periods for 15 days still going on... lifestyle change is advised but now how to handle current spotting, I consulted dr she said to take regestrone 5mg twice a day fr 21 days ... other dr said low dose ocp what to do im confused.. her weight is higher no thyroid..
