yes breasts need aesthetic enhancement. they will not grow with any oils or medicines. Implants have to be placed in right size and place.

Hi...Breasts are a fat and gland tissue mixed together. Enlargement happens when a lady is pregnant or when she puts on weight. There are ways other than these to enlarge them. One of them is to undergo breast implant surgery. This creates an artificial elevation of breasts with sometimes altered nipple sensations and a hard feel to the breast. The second method is to get fat injected into them which is natural as it is your own fat that is used. This gives a very soft and natural breast enhancement without an artificial feeling. This procedure of fat grafting can be repeated till you get the desired size. It is very safe compared to breast implants as there is no risk of implant related complications. The entire procedure is done under local anaesthesia.
