Fopymin Act vs Fopymin folic acid

My doctor is prescribed Fopymin Act to be taken 3 months prior to pregnancy as I have had first miscarriage. I have a doubt whether I have to take Fopymin act because the composition doesn't show folic acid whereas Fopymin has folic acid. Please advice.

Fopmycon act contains L methyl folate which is an active form of folic acid.. that is the reason your doctor prescribed it. And your misscardaige is not due to this tablet. Usually first trimester (up to 3months) miscarraiges will occur mostly due to chromosomal abnormalities.. dont worry take some rest. You will get pregnant soon
