Football Stamina

2022-11-28 05:46:39
Back in my school days i could run a full football game with minimum struggle, but 7-8 years after school i was just focused on studies and job with minimum physical activity and recently i returned to football games.i find myself easily getting exhausted and my body is kinda giving up in between games. How can I recover my old stamina or improve it for my future games?

Can you recover your 8 years which you have "wasted"  in studying and getting a job? That's why they say, कभी किसी को मुकम्मल जहां नहीं मिलता।

You didn't have similar physical activity compared to your younger days . It's normal to be out of stamina . You body status has changed too. You might get back to similar stamina with physical activity but if it doesn't improve consult a physician.
