Hello...I understand what you are going through right now.Panic disorder is fear without any reason..where u expect something might go wrong but the probability of happening is very low and OcD is a disorder where u get repeated unwanted thoughts and not able to get rid of it even if you realise it's baseless or senseless.because of all these I think you are having depressive symptoms also...not able to enjoy, sadness ,getting tired easily .You will also have to realise that it's just like any other disease which needs proper treatment and care.
Next Steps
I suggest to continue medicines as advised by the psychiatrist whom you are consulting.Along with that attending psychotherapy sessions and practising at home is very important .CBT also know as cognitive behavioural therapy and ERP exposure and response prevention for OCD.
Health Tips
Simple things to keep in mind would be..
1.panic attacks will last only for few seconds and that's not dreadful. The anxiety would eventually reduce.Just sit and relax at one place..
2.relaxation exercises like deep breathing..doing pranayama daily also helps...
3.JPMR exercises I.e tightening your muscles and relaxing slowly starting from head to toe for eg willing of forehead
4. wear a rubber band around your wrist.Whenever u get unwanted thoughts you pull the rubber band and leave..it will strike back causing pain which is indication to switch to another thought
5. maintaining a thought dairy.
If you have any doubts revert.
