My mother aged 48 is detected with DM2 last year in Dec. In this year in apr and july she had brain stroke and clotting is found in her left side of brain. For diabetes and clotting she is taking medicines, but she is not feelinf healthy, feeling very weekness. Please advise diet chart for her
