Foods to Avoid : Avoid junk food, sugary snacks, and fast food. Some studies suggest that gluten might affect autoimmune conditions. Oranges, lemons, and tomatoes
Next Steps
Fish is generally healthy and can be included unless advised otherwise by your doctor. Paneer: Can be given, but monitor for any adverse reactions. It’s a good source of protein and calcium.
Health Tips
Always follow your homeopath's advice and consult them before making any significant dietary changes. They might have specific recommendations based on your daughter's condition and treatment plan.
