Curd can be offered in many different forms - home made is best but a curd with an active culture from any good dairy is also as good. You can add mashed fruit in it like mango/ banana/melon. Offer as a lassi or a shake. Can make buttermilk or mattha - again one with probiotics better. Temper with a light tadka or seasoning like jeera/ black salt/ rai/ curry leaves
Some probiotics drinks are also available similarly
The weight and height should be plotted on a growth chart to gauge the overall growth of the child. There is a broad range of an acceptable weight and height and it is monitored keeping in view the birth weight and height as well as the parents height parameters
