Food lodgement in the hole
I am attaching my latest x ray there is a hole between my upper right 6 and 7 molar tooth. Please tell me what is the treatment for this hole. Doctor's suggest me to go for root canal in 7 molar tooth. Could the hole has been filled automatically while getting rct done or there is any other treatment. My 6 is in need of any kind of treatment or not. There is pain and swelling between my 6 and 7 molar tooth. The pain is in the mid of 6 and 7 While chewing the pain is going acute. Please tell me what would be the treatment for the hole.
X-ray suggests decay in second molar tooth. As you are complaining of acute pain, it suggests decay has reached pulp causing inflammation and pain.
RCT is basically removal of inflamed and infected pulp from the decayed tooth.
